It is no secret, the industry needs you, and if you asked your employer, we are willing to bet your employer does not want to lose you.     Or, maybe you have decided it is time for you to start your own business.    No matter your motivation, we have built a solution you need to succeed.  

We have designed a program that within 5 months, of evening commitment, just 4 hours per week in easy to accommodate 2 hour lesson modules, for 20 weeks, you may gain the skills necessary to transition from the field to managing people, a construction business, clients, and consultants.    For some, you have been doing this at the site level already, but it never hurts to take a step back, look at new ideas and new ways of doing what you love to do - build. 

The delivery of the course is all on-line, delivered live by your facilitators (all real-time, real project practitioners in their subject expertise), formatted for a class size no larger than 15 of your colleagues from across the country.   There is no homework, just critical thinking challenges along the way to ensure you can source critical information efficiently when needed.
